Located in Argentinas northernmost province of Jujuy, the Quebrada de Humahuaca is a stunning multi-colored canyon which runs 200km and is dotted with tiny colonial villages. The first town we visited in this region was Purmamarca, which boasts the Cerro de Siete Colores (Hill of 7 Colors).
