Desde este jueves y hasta el próximo 17 de febrero, el Museo Tumbas Reales de Sipán, ubicado en la ciudad de Lambayeque, será sede de la Feria Internacional de Turismo (FITPERÚ), que congregará a numerosos operadores turísticos, prensa internacional y público en general.
Para dicho evento se instalarán unos cien stands, donde se difundirán los principales productos turísticos de los 24 departamentos de nuestro país.

Lambayeque, por ejemplo, expondrá atractivos como las pirámides de Túcume, sus museos, el Santuario Histórico Bosque de Pómac, el complejo arqueológico Huaca Rajada, las ruinas de Zaña, entre otros.

De igual manera, el Museo Tumbas Reales de Sipán (a 791 kilómetros al norte de Lima) será escenario de los festivales de la algarrobina y gastronómico.

Como cierre de las actividades, el domingo 17 se realizará la Cabalgata de la Amistad por las principales calles de la ciudad, una fiesta Luau en el casino de Pimentel, la campaña de los abrazos y un megaevento.
